Proposed Liquidity Pools for rexSHIRT and rexHAT

I am writing to propose the creation of liquidity pools for RIC-rexHAT, USDC-rexHAT, RIC-rexSHIRT, and USDC-rexSHIRT. These pools will allow users to trade these assets on a decentralized exchange, providing liquidity and making it easier for individuals to buy and sell these assets.

Proposed Asset Amounts

In order to create these liquidity pools, I propose adding the following amounts of assets to each pool:

USDC-rexSHIRT	100 USDC	2 rexSHIRT

This table shows the proposed assets and their corresponding amounts for each liquidity pool. As you can see, the RIC-rexSHIRT/rexHAT pool will have 25,000 RIC and 5 rexSHIRT/rexHAT, while the USDC-rexSHIRT/rexHAT pool will have 100 USDC and 2 rexSHIRT/rexHAT.

The total tokens required to make these pools are:
 -50K RIC -200 USDC -7 rexSHIRT -7 rexHAT tokens
