Adjust Sero's compensation for Communications and Business Development

This Proposal is to adjust Sero's compensation for responsibilities to:

• 40K RIC per month
• 300 USDC per month

Compensation is to be streamed over a 1 month period for the duration of Sero's responsibilities.

Why?

Sero has been actively engaging in community growth, social media marketing, content creation, and frontend development for over a year, this adjusted compensation plan will allow them to maintain these responsibilities for the foreseeable future.
