Core Contributor Bounty Payout - Sunny

This is a proposal to disperse a $RIC bounty payment to me, Sunny Jaycer, for work served over the last 7 months back to the founding of Ricochet Exchange.

I have been responsible for consolidating Ricochet's brand image, drawing partnerships, performing outreach, and creating media. I am responsible for initiating a significant portion of the attention and enthusiasm that Ricochet has accumulated. I have not accepted any bounty payouts for my work rendered whatsoever. Ultimately, I'd value my early-stage/founding contribution to Ricochet on top of my forgoing of my $RIC allocation as worthy of a 40,000 RIC payout. I'd like this proposed payout to be viewed not as an ask for preference but simply as a bounty payout for the work done all the way back to Ricochet's day 1 back in July 2021.

Overview on contributions: - Partnerships: Work on outreach and collaboration with other communities to expand Ricochet product opportunities and visibility. I've worked with MakerDAO, Polygon, Idle Finance, Minerva Wallet, Coinshift, Superfluid - Media and Branding: I run our Twitter, am the majority writer for our Medium blog, manage YouTube recordings, Community Calls, manage and QA all the submissions from our biz dev and media contributors, maintain cohesion in Ricochet's brand image, represent us on presentations and AMAs with other organizations

This vote is simply a yes/no as to whether the Ricochet DAO should transfer 40,000 $RIC to my address at sunnyjaycer.eth on Friday, March 18th along with routine bounty payments.
