Fund Raid Guild for Ricochet V3 - 4K DAI from treasury

Provide raid guild with 4K DAI to build out V3 app:

Recently Raid guild has provided us with UI mock ups for a potential version 3 of Ricochet Exchange app, this new version improves on a lot of of UI/UX issues we've had with our version 2.

Reasoning to move ahead with this proposal:

• New partnerships with Alluo and other DAOs
• UX/UI Mockups have already been completed
• Improvements can help us reach out to new audiences
• New look will give us something to announce and market

Actions:

Take our 4k DAI and send it to Raid guild team.

Results:

Development process should take 1 month, and then we need to go through a month of reviews and minor changes, expected to launch in January 2023
