RIC Rewards for Alluo Waterdrop

This is a proposal to allocate 200K RIC to the first Ricochet Waterdrop.

Background

Ricochet Waterdrops work like regular airdrops except the tokens are streamed to the recipient of the drop. This is essentially an automatic vesting experience. Waterdrops tokens can be used immediately in other defi protocols because the tokens are ERC20 compatible. There is no need for recipients to return and click claim over and over.

The first Waterdrop will be to ibAlluoUSD holders who have held at least 100 ibAlluoUSD for 30 days or more. This qualifies about 30 accounts for a Waterdrop. These accounts can come to the Ricochet app and claim at 1000 RIC airdrop which will be streamed to them over 30 days. We'll expand the eligibility criteria to more of the Alluo community until all of the 200K RIC allocated is used up. This translates to claims for 200 account total.

Voting

Vote yes to approve allocating 200K RIC to the first Waterdrop. Otherwise vote no and no action will be taken.
