Frontend Development for Ricochet Exchange

Issue 120k RIC streamed over a 3-month period to @NADS for taking responsibility for looking over the frontend project of the platform

This is a proposal to issue a grant to take care the frontend repo and responsibilities for the next 3 months,

Responsibilities.

1. looking over the frontend repo by contributing and improving it.
2. error checking on sentry and other tools.
3. acknowledging the issues on GitHub and helping the developer with answers, if they've any doubts.
4. research and try to optimise the components and code.
5. attend team calls and get togethers when possible
