Bounty advance for Rextrade page

Description

These bounties have been open since November 23rd, so over 6 months now. They're a large undertaking and would take a while to finish.

Proposal:

I would like to request an advance of 2.5k$ in RIC to share between myself and 2 other members in the group that would like to help me complete these bounties. I will personally oversee the completion of both within 30 days or I will return the 2.5k$ in RIC myself

These are big bounties that have been open for months, the advance would allow us to focus on this for as long as necessary.

I hope with this bounty we can accomplish:

• Developing a team work standard
• Completing the feature in an orderly way
• Expirement with new development approachs
