List MATIC

This is a proposal to add MATIC trading pairs to Ricochet Exchange. The purpose of this proposal is to determine how much of the RIC token to distribute during the first week after listing.

Pairs to add:

• USDCx>>MATICx
• DAIx>>MATICx
• MATICx>>USDCx
• MATICx>>DAIx

RIC Allocation Decision Choices:

• 0% - No allocation
• 0.25% - 25,000 RIC
• 0.5% - 50,000 RIC
• 0.75% - 75,000 RIC
• 1% - 100,000 RIC

The final amount of RIC added will be the vote-weighted average.
