Reallocate 20 AVAX from Salvor to Pharaoh

We have mainly just been exit liquidity on Salvor and it's hard to compete. I think we would be better off moving the 20 AVAX to Pharaoh AVAX/USDC pool to earn rewards that we could use every week to buy art on Raffllrr.

I propose:

Move 20 AVAX into Pharaoh BOOSTed AVAX/USDC pool from the Salvor Pools

Future efforts: At the end of each epoch we vote on either to reinvest rewards or to put an allocation to the Midweek Masterpieces.
