Proposal - Preparation for the Merge

The safety and security of user funds has always been and remains Risk Harbor's #1 priority as a community and project.

In preparation for the upcoming merge, as some of the community have already highlighted, there are potential tail risks associated with the merge that may potentially affect funds and protection in Core Vault 1 on ETH Mainnet and Core Vault 5 on Arbitrum.

For this reason, we propose pausing the ETH mainnet and Arbitrum vaults for 3 days to protect user funds and protection against any potential mishaps that the merge may potentially create. After the merge is successfully completed, we will proceed to unpause the vaults.
