Transition from Moloch DAO to Snapshot for future coordination of iROBOT

Transition from the DAOHaus Moloch DAO to this Snapshot space for future governance decisions and unite the ROBOT liquidity providing community under the same system.

IF PASSED

• Moloch DAO members will be encouraged to Rage Quit to receive their iROBOT tokens.
• This Snapshot space will be updated to use iROBOT token weighted voting rather than Moloch share weighted
• GEAR holders will be able to migrate their GEAR to iROBOT and join the iROBOT community via this snapshot space.

DEFINITIONS

• iROBOT is the LP token from the 70/30 ROBOT/ WETH Balancer pool
• GEAR is the v1 LP token for ROBOT/ WETH

CONTEXT The Moloch DAO w/ Minion Safe enabled us to deploy all of the DAO's funds into the new liquidity pool in a single governance based transaction. Now that the funds are deployed, we can coordinate using Snapshot without having to pay gas fees.

Later if the DAO wants to do more coordinated liquidity management or capital deployments we can spin up new DAOs that iROBOT members can choose to join.
