Incentive Management Committee Membership

This vote establishes the initial member of the Incentive Management Committee (IMC). These will be the members formally charged with determining how to best meet the goals from the IMC Charter and executing on the strategy.

The proposal is to create a 9-person committee, which will operate using a 6 of 9 multisig, with the following members:

2. RP Team 2
3. Jasper (jasper_the_friendly_ghost#7591)
4. Marceau (Marceau#9498)
5. Valdorff (Val#5027)
6. Rhett (rhett#7084)
7. Uisce (uisce.eth#7707)
8. DaserDog (DaserDog.eth#2764)
9. Denum (Denum.eth#3446)

A "For" vote indicates support of the entire proposed membership. An "Against" vote rejects the proposed membership.

Note: As this vote is directly reliant on pDAO Budget Allocation (RPIP-10) and Incentive Management Committee Charter (RPIP-11), this vote is discarded and has no effect if either or both of the RPIP-10 and RPIP-11 votes fail.
