Rationale

It has been 14 months since the last full committee selection, and "MCs SHALL be fully re-selected between 10-14 months from their last full selection".

Outcomes

• The top 7 nominees, in order of vote power received, will comprise the next GMC
• Nominees beyond the top 7 will be serve as backups, in order of vote power received, in case anyone leaves the GMC within the next 6 months.
