Amendment: pDAO Budget Allocation (RPIP-10)

This proposal is to establish, how Management Committee memberships are selected.

Nominations

• Forum: a thread is created and any willing community member may be nominated

Nominee information sharing

• Nominees provide info explaining their alignment, conflicts, identity, and past community contributions. Identity is explicitly noted as being as much or as little as they wish to share (this would include fully doxxed to fully anon).
• A forum thread organizer posts some factual info about the nominees.

Snapshot voting

• Members get to split their vote power however they wish to vote for nominees
• The top N vote power recipients are selected (where N is the number of memberships that the process is looking to fill)

It amends RPIP-10, which is a “Living” RPIP by adding a new sub-section.
