Abstract

Following the Buyback proposal, the Treasury currently holds 29 Episodes of Desperado and 1 Genesis Key.

After the Desperado Giveaway, it will hold 24 Episodes.

This proposal suggests that the Treasury mint VROOM, rather than purchasing off the secondary market.

Motivation

VROOM Episodes minted by the Treasury should be earmarked for contributors, giveaways and future sales.

Minting from the Treasury signals strong belief in VROOM, and shows that the team rewards those who contributed to the project.

Seeing as the Treasury is eligible for 2 free mints (1 Genesis Key and 1 Desperado Set), this leaves up to 22 Episodes available for discounted mints in the presale.

Specification

Mint 22 Episodes of VROOM as follows:

• Free Mint - Mint 2 Episodes of VROOM for free using the Genesis Key and Desperado Set allowlist.
• Presale - Mint 20 Episodes of VROOM for a total of 1 ETH.

Given there is a mint cap of 10 Episodes per wallet, the Treasury will need to send Desperado editions to another wallet, mint VROOM, and then return both Desperado and VROOM to the Treasury.

Following the mint, the Treasury should distribute 12 Episodes to VROOM contributors.

Each of the 12 VROOM contributors should receive 1 Episode.

This will leave 10 Episodes to the Treasury to be distributed as the community sees fit.
