Introduction

Dear Roko Network Community,

This proposal seeks approval for a comprehensive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing management initiative to amplify the visibility and growth of the Roko Network. By leveraging our resources to engage top-tier KOLs, we aim to drive brand awareness, expand our reach, and ensure meaningful engagement within our ecosystem.

To execute this initiative effectively, we propose a budget allocation of $30,000 worth of ROKO tokens, with an additional buffer of $20,000 worth of ROKO tokens to address unforeseen opportunities or challenges. These funds will be granted from the Roko Network Foundation to the Roko Network Corp. which will hire a 3rd party to handle the management and execution of the marketing.

The timeline for spending the $30,000 budget will span 4 months or 1 quarter.

The KOL marketing campaign will focus on: • Expanding Brand Awareness: Partnering with high-impact KOLs to enhance Roko Network’s visibility in the global market. • Community Growth: Driving meaningful engagement and increasing the size and activity of our community. • Value Creation: Amplifying the network’s credibility and trust by working with established, reputable influencers.

Funds allocated will be distributed across the following key components of the campaign:

Content Strategy & Creation

• Developing compelling narratives tailored to each KOL’s audience. • Drafting key messaging and delivering on-brand materials to support KOL promotion.

KOL Management & Engagement

• Scouting and onboarding KOLs aligned with Roko Network’s goals. • Providing white-glove management, including direct communication and daily support, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Managing all KOL content activations, including promotional posts, videos, and streams. • Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategy for optimal results.

Reporting & Analytics

• Comprehensive tracking of KOL activities, performance, and key deliverables. • Providing monthly updates to ensure transparency and alignment with community expectations.

The campaign will be executed over the following timeline:

Week 0: Pre-Campaign Setup • Communication setup and narrative brainstorming. • KOL scouting, vetting, and initial outreach.

Week 1: Campaign Setup & Strategy • Budget optimization and finalizing the KOL list. • Strategic onboarding and initial content creation.

Weeks 2-3: Campaign Kickoff • Activation of KOL content and ongoing management. • Real-time tracking of results and adjustments as needed.

Months 2-4: Ongoing Management • Content tracking, performance reviews, and reporting. • Continuous optimization of narratives and strategies.

Budget Breakdown

• Allocated Budget: $30,000 worth of ROKO tokens, spent over a 4-month period. • Buffer: $20,000 worth of ROKO tokens (to accommodate unexpected opportunities or challenges). • Total Allocation: $50,000 worth of ROKO tokens.

Considerations

• Any unused funds from the allocated budget or buffer will be returned to the treasury. • The buffer will only be utilized upon approval for unforeseen strategic opportunities.

Community Engagement

• Feedback and suggestions are encouraged through the Roko Network Telegram and official forums. • Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with community expectations.

Flexibility and Amendments

• Amendment Process: Adjustments to the budget or allocation may be required based on market conditions or campaign performance. Any changes will require community approval through a Snapshot vote.
