Proposal #1: Purchase 1st Marlin Node

Acquisition of our first Marlin node order of operations:

-Remove $9,505 in LP ROKO/ETH tokens from Treasury (Multi-Signature Wallet)

-Purchase 1 Marlin node using the ETH from removed LPs, 500,000 $POND tokens ~$4752.5

-$ROKO removed from the pair will remain in the treasury.

-Finally, begin staking the $POND on a node chosen by community such as Alliance Block.
