Our chosen candidate has experience and excellence in the realms of DeFi Tokenomics & Governance, Dapp UI/UX, and Blockchain/Web Dev Project Management. With their vast experience, they are well-equipped to navigate the intricacies of Roko and ensure thorough management and coordination. Their key responsibilities will include:

• Hosting weekly team meetings
• Streamlining collaboration among project contributors
• Elucidating MVP requirements
• Navigating the team towards a Beta MVP product release
• Overseeing the project board and task allocations

Proposal Details

Compensation: Acknowledging the pivotal role this individual is set to play, we propose a monthly compensation of 330,000,000 $ROKO tokens. Additionally, we've designed an unlock schedule via Hedgey for vested payout with monthly unlocks spread over a 6-month duration.
