We have identified a candidate who we believe is exceptionally suited for this position. With a Bachelor's Degree in Branding & Marketing and a Master's Degree in User Experience Design, coupled with over a decade of experience running a successful design business, this individual has demonstrated a profound ability to create compelling digital experiences. Their portfolio includes work for some of the most prominent brands in their home country, and their involvement in six notable Web3 projects showcases a deep understanding of branding in the blockchain space.

The candidate's skill set is comprehensive and includes: -Expertise in UX Design, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also resonate with users on an emotional level.

-Proficiency in UI Design, creating visually stunning interfaces that are both modern and user-friendly. A strong background in Digital Branding, which will help us maintain a cohesive and powerful brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

-Experience in Interaction Design and Motion Design, adding a layer of sophistication and engagement to digital assets. They are well-versed in essential design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Spline

Objective - Ethos Page Redesign

The proposed design process includes: -Strategy: Establishing UX pillars to guide the visual and interactive design elements, ensuring consistency with our brand themes.

-Identity: Developing a brand color palette, typography pairings, and design direction that can serve as a foundation for all design-related work.

-Design: Creating wireframes and UI concepts leading to the final UI design, with a focus on user-centric development. The deliverables from this role will include a comprehensive Identity Document and a Figma design file, along with a detailed Design Process outline.

We are confident that this candidate's expertise in User Experience and motion design will be invaluable to Roko Network. Their deliverables to the team will not only enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of our projects but also contribute to a more cohesive and impactful user journey.

Payment: A proposed budget of $2500 for the completion of UIUX deliverables.
