Proposal to purchase first Wrapped $TAO ($wTAO)

Due to the chaos of yesterdays market on 3/10/2023 our treasury limit order to Swap $ROKO to ETH we had believed to be void it had been stuck pending so long due to the incredibly high ETH gas prices. We put the order in around the same time all the Stablecoins began depegging.

At current price swapping 16 ETH to purchase $wTAO would give the treasury around 292.642 $wTAO tokens or 0.285% $TAO needed to stake a single Validator. The minimum stake amount for a validator is 1024 $TAO.

Wrapped $TAO ($wTAO) on ETH only 19.47% of $TAO in circulation and 79.11% of TAO is already staked, making it a pretty scarce asset.
