Introduction

As the Roko Network continues to evolve and expand, the need for meticulous financial oversight becomes increasingly critical. Our partnership with Entendre Finance has proven to be a cornerstone in maintaining the financial integrity and transparency of our operations. Our six-month engagement under “Funding White Glove Accounting Services from Entendre Finance #3” has reached its conclusion, and it is time to secure our further accounting funds for the next term.

Entendre Finance has consistently delivered exceptional service, ensuring that each treasury transaction is accurately labeled and accounted for, even as new transaction types emerge. This proactive approach to accounting has significantly alleviated the burden on the Roko Network core team, allowing us to focus on strategic initiatives rather than the intricacies of financial accounting.

Proposal

In recognition of the value that Entendre Finance brings to our network, we propose the continuation of our accounting services agreement for an additional term of one year. The total budget allocated for this term will be $9,600, with payments made quarterly at $2,400 per quarter.

Total Budget: $9,600 TAO will be bridged to Ethereum and swapped for USDC from the treasury to fulfill the budget. However, we will only move funds from TAO to Ethereum and swap to USDC each quarter when the quarterly invoice is recieved.

Considerations

It is important to note that the cost of accounting services may be subject to change if the treasury’s total gross volume significantly increases. Currently, the treasury boasts a gross transaction volume of almost $3 million.
