Strategic Proposal: Enhancing Roko Network's Mining & Development Capabilities with NVIDIA A100 GPU #3

The reason for this follow up proposal is because the vendor said that the next lead time for another A100 would likely be around 40 weeks. Due to this opportunity and time sensitivity of the order we've opted to request another $20,000 for the acquisition of one more A100 acquiring a total of 2 A100 total in our order.
