What should be done with the USDC & USDT portion of Rouler revenue?

Description:

Rouler is one of the hottest casinos on Arbitrum. We provide the ability for users to place bets in various forms of cryptocurrencies. Two of those are USDC and USDT. They are our third and fourth most popular tokens for bets.

Our current status is to reward them to users in form of ROUL conversion. The ROUL is then distributed to the stakers via Chainlink's smart contract automation tech. However, we have seen various approaches that could be beneficial for the community and ROUL holders as well. We have added lottery as one of the methods as that's our next big upcoming product update and will integrate with the ArbiRoul ecosystem for a sustainable and fun approach to revenue sharing.

Due to the nature of this task, we have decided to hold our first ever DAO vote on it.

We will honor the wishes of the community and work accordingly.
