[Spacefarm] Space farm pools phase 2

Space farm pools have been continuing for a week, and the current run will stop at ~ UTC 1530 hrs, January 25th.

The community has been steadily building over the past week since the launch and the exchange listing. We propose that space farms not be extended, in line with a number of the other community members thinking. This is in order to limit circulating supply and to prevent too much inflation at an early stage.
