$RSS3 Transition to Utility Token for Mainnet

This is a proposal to decide whether $RSS3 should be transitioned to be the utility token for the upcoming RSS3 Mainnet.

The RSS3 testnet has been running for around 2 years with substantial achievements and contributions toward building the Open Web.

As the RSS3 network progresses toward mainnet, it is important to have its native token $RSS3 to be adopted as the utility token for the RSS3 Mainnet.

The RSS3 Mainnet is consisted of the data sub-layer and the value sub-layer. By having $RSS3 as its utility token, $RSS3 can be used to interact with both layers for participating in the Open Information Layer.

The governance process, on the other hand, for the RSS3 network will then be further developed into a more comprehensive process with Evolution Proposals and core developer presentations.

And also, 100 random participants of this governance proposal will be allocated of the Genesis RSS3 Avatar NFT.
