Incentivizing Web 3 Engagement and Rug Radio DAO Growth

Introduction: This proposal seeks to allocate 180k $Rug tokens from the Rug DAO Treasury for acquiring 100 $RDAO tokens. These tokens will be strategically distributed among highly engaged Web 3 developers, founders, builders, and artists during the NFT Lisbon conference. The goal is to stimulate the Rug Radio DAO with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and increased engagement from industry leaders and community members.

Allocation Plan:

1. 60 $RDAO tokens for GM Web3 hosts, core team, and attending DAO Council representatives to distribute at the conference.
2. 20 $RDAO tokens for Rug Radio head of creators to distribute to hosts interested in joining the DAO.
3. 20 $RDAO tokens for Discord Head of Community to distribute to highly engaged members not currently part of the Rug DAO.

Expected Outcomes:

1. Energize the Rug DAO with fresh concepts and new perspectives from industry leaders, engaged community members, and existing Rug Radio hosts.
2. Promote the Rug Radio DAO across panels and live shows during the conference, boosting organic engagement.
3. Attract respected members of the Web 3 space not already associated with the Rug DAO.

Conclusion: This proposal aims to boost the Rug Radio DAO by incentivizing participation and engagement from prominent Web 3 individuals and community members. By strategically distributing $RDAO tokens at the NFT Lisbon conference and within the Rug Radio community, we expect to infuse the Rug Radio DAO with new ideas, energy, and growth potential. If there is a remaining balance of $RDAO tokens not distributed in Lisbon, they can be held in reserve for distribution at future conferences and Rug Radio events using the same goals and principles underlying this current initiative. The 180k $Rug tokens requested for this proposal and used to convert to the 100 $RDAO tokens will be returned to the Rug DAO Treasury as a basic function of the conversion after it is completed.
