Voting Governance Framework Amendment

We have identified a fundamental flaw in the Voting Governance Framework. Given that we have such a limited distribution of $RDAO tokens (2495 and 2248 at the moment of our Snapshot), there are not enough to have a fair voting structure. We are therefore proposing this amendment that allows our voting structure to scale with the distribution of $RDAO.

Until there are more than 6000 $RDAO total in holder wallets, the following scale will apply:

0-1500 $RDAO = Quorum of 40% 1500-3000 $RDAO = Quorum 45% 3000-4500 $RDAO = Quorum 50% 4500-6000 $RDAO = Quorum 55% 6000+ $RDAO = Fully scaled Quorum of 60%

This proposal will carry no quorum requirements and will pass on a simple majority vote in $RDAO. An 18 hour voting window will apply.
