Keep 20 rerolled RPFs for future events?

To start, we know that the max supply of RPF is 3333 and the number of RPFs minted is 3216, which leaves 117 more frens for future events and 1/1s (all controlled by DAO).

The ecosystem department noticed that during the reroll event, many cute and rare frens were sent to the reroll wallet and it might be a loss to burn them all.

The ecosystem department proposes that we select 20 lovely frens and keep them in the DAO treasury, which leaves 137 frens for future DAO events.
