Who should have access to the multi-sig wallet for Rug DAO?

We need a multi-sig wallet to hold $rug and potentially other tokens for Rug DAO. I propose that 5 people have access to sign off on transactions, but only 3 people will be required to do so. This way no one person has control of the funds, but makes it reasonable to coordinate and also leaves room in case one of the 5 people decides to give up on NFTs/dies and we never hear from them again, and their address can be replaced with another member of the community. Because they've been actively involved in/around for DAO-forming conversations, I propose we whitelist @BlindGraySquirrel @Yu-rug-ovich @OVERLORD CRISPY @kennyhonestlyrugged and myself @sidvicious.eth (these are all Discord handles, dipshit).
