Pool2 Emissions are set to end on July 14th.

This proposal is to vote on whether to extend Pool2 emissions until August 14th or to end emissions. Per Option 1 which was voted on in the prior proposal, Pool2 Emissions were cut by half.

If Pool2 emissions are extended there will only be 1500 tokens distributed per week to Pool2.

Since we will be distributing 700 tokens a week to xRULER from the 1500 token cut, there will be 800 tokens leftover per week.

For 1: Extend Pool2 Emission with 1500 tokens per week For 2: Extend Pool2 Emission with 1500 tokens per week + burn 800 tokens a week Against: Do not extend Pool2 emissions
