Moratorium on airdrops

I believe that airdrops of RULER will lead to a further decline in the price of the token. In light of current market conditions, I propose a moratorium on airdrops until 31 July 2021 or until the price of RULER is above 400 USD, whichever comes first. I also propose cancelling all planned or scheduled airdrops whilst the moratorium is in force.

APPROVE: No airdrops until 31 July 2021 or until the price of RULER is above 400 USD, whichever comes first. Cancel all planned or scheduled airdrops of RULER during this period of time.

DISAPPROVE: Do not enact a moratorium on airdrops.
