Pool2 Extension Until September 14th

Pool2 Emissions are set to end on August 14th.

 This proposal is to vote on whether to extend Pool2 emissions until September 14th or to end emissions.   

Also keep in mind, if Pool2 emissions are extended, within the next 2 weeks, we will be able to dual incentivize the RULER/ETH SLP token holders with $SUSHI + $RULER via the SushiSwap 2x Rewards Farm program.

Currently, 56 $SUSHI tokens per day are being rewarded out to SLP token stakers in the SushiSwap farm.

For 2: Extend Pool2 Emission with 750 tokens per week  
For 3: Extend Pool2 Emission with 1000 tokens per week   
Against: Do not extend Pool2 emissions
