Ruler Token burn extension

Summary:

The most recent proposal to extend Pool2 emissions with 1,000 RULER tokens per week until September 12th was passed by the community per the following snapshot proposal: Snapshot

Per the previous proposal to extend pool2 emissions to August 14th, it was also voted that 800 tokens a week would be burned. For reference please review the past proposal: Snapshot The most recent proposal to extend emissions did not have an option on whether or not to continue the burning of these 800 tokens per week.

Objective:

This vote is whether or not we should continue burning 800 tokens a week along with the 1,000 RULER per week Pool2 emissions until September 14th. Regardless of the outcome, Pool2 emissions will continue until September 14th.

Message from the devs:

We want the community to know, given that our token supply is quite small and being hard capped it is better to utilize our tokens as incentives to attract new users in the form of rewards. We firmly believe doing so will provide Ruler Protocol with more value than burning the tokens.
