Buyback RULER with fees
Ruler has generated $178,386 in realized fees since the inception of the protocol. In order to drive value to the RULER tokenholders, we propose that half of those fees ($89,193) be used to buyback RULER and distribute to xRULER holders.
This proposal is just a one off proposal. It does not involve an ongoing buyback. It also does not affect the current daily xRULER distribution of RULER tokens.
