Bean/3CRV on Bean.Money

It is proposed that RVRS protocol purchase $100k worth of Bean/3CRV LP and stake them on Bean.Money to earn a share of minted Beans, which has a variable APY, however is currently around 100-120%.

Due to the stalk/seed mechanism, it is proposed that this be a long term strategy. The principle risk is depeg - which may lead to a cessation of rewards and loss of capital - however there are robust peg maintenance mechanisms. Bean.Money has a speculative element in that if the Bean ecosystem grows, we'll get a larger supply of future Beans due to our stalk holdings.

Allocation will be $100k - a yes vote is buy $100k worth of Bean/3CRV, a no vote is don't buy any.
