This proposal seeks consensus from the community to complete the transition from the Balthazar brand to the Real World Gaming (RWG) brand, ensuring all assets, including emails, websites, and NFTs (RawPasses), align with RWG’s identity. RawPass NFT holders are eligible to vote on this proposal. Additionally - there will be updated utility, which will be proposed through a new DAO proposal in the near future. This is to recognise the contribution of the holders over the last 12 months with respect to ecosystem growth, product development, and to better align with the RWG product direction, particularly alongside the upcoming $RWG token launch.
Operating under two separate brands—Balthazar and Real World Gaming—has led to confusion among our community and stakeholders. This dual branding dilutes our market presence and hinders our ability to clearly communicate our offerings, including innovative wagering products and key partnerships. As we prepare for the launch of the $RWG token, it is essential to establish a unified brand identity across all platforms.
This CDP (CDP5) outlines the proposal to officially conclude the Balthazar brand and fully integrate all assets, including NFTs, websites, and digital communications, into the Real World Gaming brand. The goal is to create a cohesive and clear brand identity that reflects our single focus and supports our future initiatives, including the launch of the $RWG token.
CDP6 proposes a community vote to finalise the rebranding of all digital and physical assets from Balthazar to Real World Gaming. This transition will include updating NFT branding, overhauling the website and other digital assets, and revising marketing materials to align with the RWG brand. The rebranding effort will unify our identity and strengthen our position in the market.
The rebranding to Real World Gaming is necessary to eliminate confusion and align our brand with the comprehensive and innovative products we offer. By consolidating under a single brand, we will enhance our market presence, streamline communications, and better leverage our partnerships. This move is also critical as we approach the launch of the $RWG token, ensuring our brand is strong and cohesive.
