This proposal seeks governance approval from raW Pass NFT holders for Real World Gaming (RWG) to:

• Deploy $REAL as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum blockchain
• Commence a public sale of the $REAL token during the first 2 weeks of April via a sealed-bid auction.
• Replace raW Pass NFTs with $REAL as the governance voting power for Real World Gaming.
• Snapshop raW Passes at the commencement of the public sale, to receive an airdrop of $REAL tokens as per their eligibility.
• Launch $REAL staking pools, in accordance with the proposed $REAL whitepaper.
• Authorise the Real World Gaming DAO’s working group contributors to communicate the token and its utility to new and existing community members.
