Adding BUSD bond?

SafeOHM has been working hard but struggling to grow as much as we wanted. We wanted to innovate being the first BNB backed treasury, but it didn't work as well as we believed too. In the light to improve the situation, we ask the community in our first DAO vote if we should focus on backing the treasury in USD like most OHM ecosystem alternatives. The best way to do that would be to add BUSD bonds.
