SIP-06 Add DEGO-ETH and DEGO-SAKE to SakeSwap Fram V2

We propose to add DEGO-ETH and DEGO-SAKE pools to SakeSwap Fram V2. In the meanwhile, DEGO-ETH and DEGO-SAKE trading pairs will be available on SakeSwap Exchange.

DEGO project is very popular in the NFT community. To attract more SAKE holders and DEGO holders to get involved, related votes will be proceed on SakeSwap Discord community and Snapshot.
