Objective: Establish a target budget and community-developed plan for a web3 marketing push.

Pros: Community driven. Increases visibility and brings new members to the community. Provides the “missing piece”.
Cons: Costs a significant amount of the DAOs funds. Results are not guaranteed.
Summary: A multi week venture that will be led by a group of community members. The SPC team can assist in reaching out to and negotiating with influencers, but they will not be leading the project. The committee will put together a spreadsheet that outlines the budget and the target influencers and present it to the community for another DAO vote. The budget is a target number, but not a guaranteed amount. Depending on the plan that the “committee” puts together, the cost of the marketing plan may be more than or less than the target number.
Majority wins Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 people vote, the proposal fails) Users can now vote; voting period of 24 hours is live with no vote delay Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes.
