Proposal #16: Treasure Hunt Prize Pool and Avatar Creation

Title: Treasure Hunt Prize Pool and Avatar Creation

Objective: Part 1: Use 3eth to entice people to participate in the treasure hunt. 2eth for 1st place, 1eth for 2nd place. Part 2: Use .5eth to create 5 3d Avatars with Style Protocol to be used as a giveaway prize for our community. Most likely in raffled during upcoming raid event.

Pros: If we want people to participate in the treasure hunt, we would like the prize pool to be significant. 3eth is a significant amount to be won. Also having a chance to win 3d character as will be nice to give to the community.

Cons: 3eth is a significant amount to spend on a prize pool with no guarantee that it will work as intended. There doesn't seem to be a downside to the 3d creation.

Majority wins Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 people vote, the proposal fails) Users can now vote; voting period of 24 hours is live with no vote delay Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes. Voting is not hidden (so your address is publicly visible to your vote)
