Title: Redirect 100% DAO Earnings from Power Cabin Mint to Development

Objective: Use 100% of the proceeds from the Power Cabin Sale for the development of our roadmap.   

Dao Contribution: The 60% that usually would get from a mint such as this, would be combined with the 40% the team would normally get and be put towards development.             

Deviating from the Pros/Cons formula for this one to explain our reasoning. The original plan, when think about this stage of the process was to use left over proceeds from the mint and put it towards development. The parts that go into this are as follows: 

Game development  Art  Smart Contract Development  Contractors  Video Content  PR  Operating Expenses Events 

Just about all of those expenses need to calculated and paid by dollar value, rather than eth value. Normally this would not be a problem however since we minted in January, the value of eth is down 62.5%. All of the work you have seen from us to this point has been taken care of with mint funds, however those funds are being used 62.5% faster than we were anticipating. We have also changed our cabin mint a bit to facilitate the onboarding new users more readily. We have changed our basic cabin mint to be a free mint, which leaves the only capital to be raised through the power cabin mint.   For these reasons, we would like to propose that 100% of the power cabin sales get allocated for the continued development of our roadmap. 

Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 votes, the proposal fails) Users can vote in 24 hours; voting period of 24 hours is live after 24 hour vote delay Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes. Voting is not hidden (so your address is publicly visible to your vote)
