Proposal #2: Remuneration Part 2

The first DAO vote was a success. We Surpassed our quorum by a significant margin with 600 votes for yes, zero votes for no and one votes for abstain.

We will keep this second DAO vote simple and it will be for the amounts that Jordan and Bryan will get paid from the DAO Treasury.

The 3 options are as follows:

1. .5eth
2. 1eth
3. 2eth

The DAO Treasury currently has approximately 120eth.

This does not represent a salary but a 1 time payment. Any future compensation possibilities will be brought before the DAO for consideration.

There will be a 24 hour discussion period followed by a voting period of 72 hours

How voting works:

• Majority wins
• Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 people vote, the proposal fails)
• Users cannot vote immediately when a proposal is submitted; voting delay of 24 hours for people to discuss the proposals
• Voting period of 72 hours after the voting delay has elapsed
• Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes.
• Voting is not hidden (so your address is publicly visible to your vote)
