Proposal #19: Use 2.5 DAO ETH to purchase Ether Royale Battle services.

Objective: Ether Royale Battlebot is a software that integrates our Salty Pirates NFTs, allowing them to battle against one another in a battle royale style war. Think rumble but with your exact pirates. They will custom build a dashboard for us allowing holders to connect and view leaderboards, remaining players, killfeed, kill leader, active bounties, current pirate's they hold, nft stats like k/d and wins etc..

In addition to the custom dashboard they will implement a bot that ties all metadata to our discord server, pinging killers and victims with custom killfeed messages written specifically for our collection (themed around pirates & our traits). We can run unlimited battles, with adjusted lengths, prizes, and winners as we decide. We can offer our resources and bonuses (such as gems, salt, gold, etc) as prizes for kill leaders, game winners and bounties. Their custom dashboard panel reflects leaderboards, competitive statistics and daily stats for each game. Their services also offer training, support and an official partnership with Ether Royale which includes upcoming game modes, cross-collection wars and more.

Pros - Helps fill many gaps. Provides a sustainable hype/excitement by bringing in a fun utility in the form of a ready-made and immediately playable game. Brings community together as well by encouraging friendly competition between our holders, leading to more frequent engagement in discord and in our community at large. Increased utility will push to attract new holders on the secondary market. Unlimited marketing material and tweet opportunities available using screenshots recounting funny moments from battle, winning NFTs, prize opportunities and more.

Cons - Passive gaming so no traditional 'game play' or skill is required to play.

Summary - Integrate Ether Royale Battlebot gaming software to our platform allowing Salty Pirate NFTs to battle each other for prizes and resources.

Majority wins
Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 people vote, the proposal fails)
Users can now vote; voting period of 24 hours is live with no vote delay
Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes.
Voting is not hidden (so your address is publicly visible to your vote)
