Proposal #3: 1st Metaverse Land Purchase

Fair warning, this may be the least transparent DAO proposal we ever do. The exact location of the land we are keeping close to our chest for shock and awe purposes, but here are the things that we can tell you:

1. This first land grab will be a massive venue where we can host concerts for local and internationally known major artists
2. The land itself, while on chain, is not a part of a larger Metaverse; although there will be portals onsite we can use to travel to our future Metaverse properties.
3. When you see it you will understand why we wanted this to be our first land purchase and why we wanted to keep it secret.
4. If this gets built, it will be the first of its kind for any NFT project anywhere.
5. The cost will be $20,000 and take approximately 4 weeks to build.

We will try to answer any questions you have during in the Tavern without ruining the dramatic effect we are aiming for. We will also be posting sneak peeks over the next few days.

How voting works:

• Majority wins
• Quorum of 100 (so even if we hit a majority vote, if less than 100 people vote, the proposal fails)
• Users cannot vote immediately when a proposal is submitted; voting delay of 24 hours for people to discuss the proposals
• Users can now vote; voting period of 72 hours after the voting delay has elapsed
• Voting weight is based on how many SPCs you own i.e. 1 SPC = 1 vote or 10 SPCs = 10 votes.
• Voting is not hidden (so your address is publicly visible to your vote)
