SaluS DAO Committee Nominee and Voting Proposal

Dear SaluS Community,

We recognize that SaluS ($SLS) is a community-driven project, and we believe it's crucial to involve the community in selecting committee members who will play a pivotal role in making important decisions for the project's future. To that end, we propose the formation of a SaluS DAO Committee, composed of trusted individuals who are dedicated to the long-term success of SaluS. This committee will be responsible for making swift decisions, negotiating agreements, managing fund movements, and facilitating collaborations on behalf of $SLS holders, all in the best interest of the SaluS project.

Committee Composition:

The SaluS DAO Committee will consist of members who have demonstrated a commitment to the project's success and possess the necessary expertise to fulfill their roles effectively.

Nomination Process:

The SaluS community has actively voiced their picks for nominees, and we appreciate your enthusiastic participation. Based on your valuable input, the following nominees, who have also provided brief introductions/bios, are now listed on this proposal. Voting Process:

Only $SLS holders will be eligible to vote, and the voting weight will be based on the number of $SLS tokens held. We encourage all eligible holders to participate in this important decision-making process. The proposal will be a binary decision, with an outcome of “Yes” vote, we will proceed with the formation of this committee. A “No” vote will result in further discussion with a community to pick community preferred nomaniees.

Timeline:

48 hour voting period.
