General Updates to Ambassador Infrastructure

This vote is to Instate the changes listed in the linked Documents. These overall changes Include:

• Simplify tier system to olny 2 - Ambassadors & Senior Ambassadors
• Eliminate Candidate Role and select Ambassadors from the broader community
• Creating a flat pay scale (1500 SARCO - 3000 SARCO/month)
• Enhance the onboarding experience for all new Ambassadors
• Simplify bounty Task and pay system using Dework and create an Ambassador's Bounty task board to complete peripheral tasks and reward bounties in a much more decentralized manner
