Rage Quit Fork0 and Bid on Nouns

This proposal is to rage quit our Noun from the forked Nouns DAO and claim the allocated ETH, and how to utilize this ETH. If decided that we will bid on more Nouns, we will set up a 2-of-3 multi-sig with myself, Wiz, and Benbodhi as signers. The ETH will be deposited to this address and we will coordinate bids on Nouns at auction. We’ve decided to go this route instead of using the Federation auto-bidder contracts so we can have increased flexibility in our bids as well as not make our max bid public each day.

This proposal will also allocate 2 ETH for these operations, to be distributed as follows: -0.75 ETH for Wiz to retroactively fund him for gas costs and time spent acting on our behalf as the delegate of our Nouns -1.25 ETH to be split accordingly among the 3 signers coordinating this effort moving forward
