Marketing baby

Look, I know this launch will get us all rich but right now the community is just slackin badly. I mean the telegram isn't too active and we only have 5 active proposals right now. I propose we start using some of the eth for marketing, albeit it doesn't have to be on a big scale but if we could integrate some more communities into the sav3 community then we could build more hype for any prototypes tim may release.
