Change the mechanism

Instead of 4% locked for liquidity and another 4% for liquidity providers, i propose to change the ratio to 8% to liquidity providers and 2% locked in liquidity. There can be many other choices as well, but this is what i personally think is the best, you can vote below for your favourite one.
